How we do it:

• 24 hours a day, seven days a week for both drivers and customers
• Understanding the customers needs

• On site loading and unloading.

Typical Driver Operations include:

• Out up to three (3) weeks at a time (Depends on home location)
• Typically three weeks out, three days in
• We will be flexible to get you home when you need to be home
• Approximately 10,000 to 12,000 miles per month

What we pay:

• 10,000 to 12,000 miles per month
• Paid on loaded and empty miles based on PC Miler
• Mileage Fuel Supplement paid on Loaded and Empty Miles
• Minimum down time
• Percentage of Demurrage paid by Customer
• Licensing and Permits all paid 100% by Mercedes
• Liability and Cargo Insurance paid 100% by Mercedes
• Annual Bonus Five (5) cents per Loaded Mile, paid after each 12 months of service

When we pay:

• Settlements are made every other Friday for the previous two weeks
• Driver is paid off of paperwork for loads delivered
• All paperwork to be in the office each week by Tuesday, @ 5 PM
